Now here's one for you...no one else would touch this job! A cooling tunnel originally designed for high-temp applications converted to a medium temperature application. The product rolls through the beginning of the tunnel at 100 degrees plus. The tunnel needed to be in the high 20 degree range by the time the product exited the cooling tunnel. In order for that to take place, these evaporator coils had to be replaced for a lower temperature application! As you can see, the original coil constantly froze up, creating downtime for the plant. My team, consisting of the plant personel, the coil manufacturer and myself made this project work! HOME-RUN!
This next job, I did not get credit for, but I actually initiated all of the leg work on the job. Two steam boilers were replaced by one RBI hot water boiler for the city of Warner Robins, Ga
